When it comes to a 4-star hotel, it includes several mind-blowing services like concierge services, dining space, multiple pools, hot tubs, fitness centre, parking spa, and more.  Depending on the client's demand, we've designed for elevation, entrance space, allocated separate space for parking, a garden, and other mandatory facilities that must be added inside the hotel space.

This project encompasses almost 100,000 sq ft of area. We've renovated the existing institution to provide modern facilities. We always come up with a human-centered solution and make it more simple. In addition, we make every effort to satisfy and comfort the audience. Our team framed the convenient design right from the doorway to students' walking space, parking slots, classroom structure, and other spaces like labs, library, auditorium, and cafeteria.

Spread across 4500 sq ft, Raj Villa delivers a splendid outlook. The luxurious villa has a ground floor and first floor along with a separate space for parking.
